📋 Description

• Generate business, market, and customer insights for Customer Solutions • Analyze healthcare trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities • Translate findings into actionable insights supporting growth priorities, strategic initiatives, and decision-making • Monitor and synthesize macro healthcare trends, including site-of-care shifts, reimbursement, consolidation, and care delivery evolution • Assess impacts on ASC growth, health system strategy, and supply chain dynamics • Translate insights into enterprise risks, opportunities, and strategic implications • Analyze competitive dynamics and points of parity/difference • Integrate market research, VOC, competitive intelligence, and internal data • Develop and communicate insights and implications to Customer Solutions stakeholders • Build market models, forecasts, and scenario analyses • Translate VOC into enterprise-level insights for health system and ASC customers • Identify drivers of customer choice and evolving expectations • Develop concise, executive-ready insights • Provide analytical and execution support to upstream marketing and PMO teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 6+ years of professional work experience required • 2+ years of healthcare industry experience in analytics, strategic planning, market research, or a related field • 1+ year leveraging AI tools in the workday • 1+ year of prior experience synthesizing information and presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic perspectives directly to senior leaders or key stakeholders • MBA preferred • Power BI strongly preferred • Preference given to applicants living in EST and CST time zones
