📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including equipment purchase, lease, service, development, and statements of work agreements • Advise business partners on contract terms, company policies, business considerations, and contracting processes • Identify contractual, financial, and business risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Escalate matters for legal review when appropriate • Negotiate contract terms directly with suppliers and third parties • Track contract-related activities, maintain accurate records, and provide status updates • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned contract categories and primary point of contact for contract review requests • Develop and deliver training programs, presentations, and educational content on contract management • Lead continuous improvement initiatives involving contract processes, data analytics, automation, templates, and CLM systems • Support business operations through efficient contracting, risk management, process improvements, training, and contract lifecycle management programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or supply chain • Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating procurement contracts, procurement agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs) • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Preferred: minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or a related business function • Preferred: experience with commercial and procurement agreements, including supplier/vendor, manufacturing, procurement, service, technology, development, and capital equipment purchase agreements • Preferred: experience developing contract templates, negotiation playbooks, training materials, SOPs, and CLM processes • Preferred: experience with contract data and analytics, reporting, process automation, workflow optimization, and systems administration • Preferred: experience supporting IT and technology procurement, including software, hardware, SaaS, cloud services, and licensing agreements • Preferred: experience collaborating cross-functionally in a complex, global, matrixed organization • Preferred: experience using Checkbox or similar workflow automation, legal intake, contract intake, or contract management solutions
