📋 Description

• Prepare and distribute monthly and annual sales performance reports, awards reporting, and operational metrics for sales leadership • Develop and support reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable business insights • Partner with sales leaders and field teams to address reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation, and operational requests • Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy and maintain system integrity • Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new business processes and technology solutions • Execute and support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system implementations to ensure successful deployment • Maintain and update sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quota data within business systems • Train and support users on reporting tools, system enhancements, and new operational processes to drive adoption and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are preferred to support business needs • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms • Experience participating in system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives
