📋 Description

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff in the assigned region • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments • Lead exceptional guest service and train, develop, and coach team members • Cultivate exceptional guest service environments across multiple properties • Establish high service standards and hire team members for appropriate positions • Lead, coach, and develop team members throughout the hotel portfolio • Model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed quality assurance visit measures • Deliver service, cost, labor-control, and team-engagement measures through hands-on leadership • Delegate and empower team members • Handle challenging situations, proactively resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, can-do attitude required • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success • Hotel-specific experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 75%
