📋 Description

• Assisting and supporting hotel properties and staff in assigned region • Providing expert leadership across all departments of the hotel • Training, developing and coaching team members to achieve success in their roles • Cultivating an environment of exceptional guest service at multiple properties • Establishing high service standards • Leading, coaching and developing team members in all areas of the hotel • Role modeling quality assurance best practices • Delivering on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls and team engagement • Handling challenging situations and proactively resolving issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred • Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success • Hotel specific experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 75%
