• Sumble builds a knowledge graph from web data with a focus on go-to-market teams • Uses sources like job posts and resumes to identify org structure, tech stack, and key projects (e.g., GenAI initiatives, cloud migrations) • Product has strong product-market fit, early revenue, and happy customers; try at sumble.com • Team of 15, including 10 engineers with experience at Google, Meta, Stack Overflow, and Kaggle • Role seeks expertise in application development, large-data querying, integrations, and observability • Tech stack includes Python, FastAPI, React, Typescript, GCP, PostgreSQL, AlloyDB, PyTorch, Huggingface, vLLM, Skypilot, Marimo, Prefect, Cloud Run, Figma, Vercel • Challenges include transforming noisy datasets into high-quality data products, running expensive analytics efficiently, managing many data sources and ML models, and providing both aggregated and granular user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Located within Americas timezones • Strong expertise in one or more areas, including developing software applications (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript) • Efficiently querying large volumes of data and performing large aggregations • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing software to efficiently serve a web application and query a database • Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations with external applications • Ensuring security and durability of software with alerting, monitoring, and logging systems
