📋 Description

• Develop action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals • Review Profit and Loss Reports and adjust regional and profit center strategies • Develop a regional organizational structure to meet customer needs and growth objectives • Lead Store Managers in optimizing fleet mix, pricing, maintenance, utilization, delivery, and fleet sharing • Execute operational and sales-driven plans to maximize sales and profit potential • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with long-range objectives • Identify and capitalize on industry and market trends • Lead forecasting, sales management, and sales force development • Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues and identifying opportunities • Coach direct reports and build the region’s leadership pipeline • Provide direction to management, sales, and staff and foster a culture of growth • Ensure coordinated leadership and consistency between regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of experience managing at the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience • Up to 75% travel; ability and willingness to travel as needed • Competence across all product lines, including product specification and technical design of projects and applications • Excellent leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates • Proven ability to drive results consistent with Sunbelt values and goals • Proven track record of Profit and Loss Accountability • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more as required • Ability to perform duties according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines
