📋 Description

• Control resources for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems • Develop strategies to evaluate new applications and systems requirements • Lead the department in evaluating and implementing new IT developments and evolving business requirements • Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards • Define project scopes, develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders • Analyze the organization and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs • Assess the feasibility and impact of implementing new systems or processes • Direct business analysts and technology professionals, providing guidance and support • Counsel managers on developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives • Communicate areas for improvement based on interactions with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and IT professionals • Collaborate across departments to align business analysis activities with company objectives • Prioritize projects and address issues during project implementation • Hire and lead a team of business analysts and technology professionals • Streamline existing processes, enhance efficiency, and promote organizational best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
