📋 Description

• Coach and develop sales representatives to drive regional revenue • Design and deliver sales training, conduct sales representative ride-alongs, and follow up • Manage organizational sales through business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls • Meet planned sales goals and increase regional revenue • Set individual sales targets with the sales team • Track sales goals and report results to stakeholders • Oversee sales team activities and performance • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation • Monitor competition and market trends; develop action plans for growth or change • Implement sales training programs for Outside Sales Representatives and reinforce training through branch visits and ride-alongs • Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team • Manage and develop key or assigned regional accounts • Promote the organization and its products • Manage projects to drive revenue and maximize return on investment • Identify and develop opportunities with customers or market segments • Develop sales presentations and coach Outside Sales Representatives on presentation skills • Travel to job sites for inspections, sales presentations, and customer meetings • Comply with company safety requirements and train Outside Sales Representatives on safety procedures • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience • At least 8 years of sales experience • At least 3 years leading a sales team • Experience in customer relationship management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Dedication to providing great customer service • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers • Must cultivate curious and seek to improve their knowledge
