📋 Description

• Complete sales onboarding and training • Learn CRM tools and sales processes • Analyze installed-base data and territory reports • Support account planning and business development activities • Develop knowledge of radiation oncology workflows • Participate in customer meetings and presentations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial objectives • Work closely with District Sales Managers throughout the Southwest region to identify business opportunities, analyze customer and market data, support sales initiatives, and contribute to territory growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability • Self-motivated and proactive approach • Strong organizational and time management skills • Passion for sales and customer engagement • Healthcare, medical device, healthcare technology, or radiation oncology experience preferred • Sales, customer-facing, or business development experience preferred • Approximately 25% travel expected • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
