📋 Description

• Manage quality and safety through jobsite visits and photo review • Document site visit findings to track and drive timelines • Travel to projects in the field, up to 5 nights per week and up to 100% of the time • Communicate with the Project Manager when field issues arise • Follow up on previous escalations to ensure completion • Review safety plans before visiting jobsites and enforce them throughout the project • Ensure construction follows approved manuals, procedures, contract documents, and permitted design • Discuss project progress and schedules with site personnel and update the Project Manager • Oversee construction sites, subcontractors, and workers • Ensure sites are operating and communicating properly before final QC sign-off • Complete final job closeout and commissioning verification • Perform daily in-person analysis of workmanship quality

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 8 years of experience in general industry, construction, engineering, or electrical trade work • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in commercial construction trades • Minimum of 5 years of successful layout and print reading experience • Clean driving record and ability to pass a driving background check • At least 21 years of age • Valid driver’s license • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Platform, Word, and Excel • Strong knowledge of construction and general-industry safety regulations, including Federal and OSHA requirements and basics of other state programs • Strong working knowledge of 3-phase electrical and utility electrical service requirements • Ability to maintain professionalism in professional presence, internal communication, and customer interaction • Ability to drive during the normal course of business • Ability to transport materials and equipment up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to climb extension ladders and work in attics/crawl spaces and on pitched rooftops • Ability to work safely on construction jobsites and in warehouses • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions • Journeyman electrical certification preferred
