📋 Description

• Own partner events and trade shows end to end. • Work with Sales to design and run strategic business events. • Evaluate event opportunities and make the case for budget. • Run sponsorships from contract to follow-up. • Manage the operational backbone of each event. • Coordinate the physical side. • Partner closely with various teams to align on goals. • Drive promotion and attendee communications. • Track event performance and reporting. • Build repeatable playbooks and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role. • Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences. • Experience with partner events and co-marketing. • Experience building strategic business events in close partnership with Sales. • Comfort owning budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-site logistics. • Strong written communication. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
