• Own the product roadmap for Mail’s admin and team-management experience • Manage usage visibility, activity and adoption reporting, and audit and access visibility • Own the enterprise onboarding and migration experience • Give champions tools and evidence to make the internal business case for Mail • Define and improve the enterprise buyer journey across evaluation, pilot, deployment, expansion, and renewal • Build a prioritized view of enterprise needs with Sales and Customer Success • Distinguish durable product patterns from individual customer requests • Communicate product tradeoffs clearly and convincingly • Partner with platform, security, and compliance teams on identity, provisioning, and governance integration • Measure activation, early-week retention, feature adoption, and admin value surfaces • Shape the ideal customer profile and define the Product Market Fit journey • Work with economic buyers, IT admins, internal champions, Sales, and Customer Success
• 4+ years in product management • Experience with admin, account management, onboarding, or usage-analytics products in a B2B SaaS environment • Direct experience with enterprise buyers and admins • Experience unblocking deals or deployments through product work • Understanding of SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and provisioning • Experience partnering with security and compliance teams • Experience with both self-serve and enterprise motions • Understanding of product-led funnels inside large organizations • Experience designing for IT admins, end users, and finance or procurement stakeholders • Track record of building simple experiences on complex systems • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Ability to manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects • Ability to analyze and execute work efficiently • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
