📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate Epic PB Administration and PB Claims activities across implementation, optimization, and ongoing production support • Serve as a primary representative throughout build, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support • Act as the senior escalation point for complex application issues and support activities • Provide leadership and guidance to analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards • Apply expert knowledge of Epic applications, professional billing workflows, and healthcare operations to support business and operational goals • Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions across application and operational teams • Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, and IS stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Support Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes • Lead or contribute to projects, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives • Coach and mentor team members while promoting creative problem-solving and continuous improvement • Maintain accurate application documentation, workflows, and technical specifications • Work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field • Strong Epic experience with Professional Billing (PB) Administration and/or PB Claims • Expert understanding of healthcare business processes, workflows, and application support • Experience with application implementation, configuration, testing, go-live, optimization, and production support • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • High school diploma or equivalent; proof of education required • Current/valid Epic certification(s) relevant to the supported application(s); online certification verification required • Ability to work independently and provide leadership with minimal oversight • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent project leadership experience preferred • Experience working within a large, complex healthcare organization preferred • Experience mentoring or coaching application analysts preferred • Additional Epic certifications related to Professional Billing or Revenue Cycle preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred

• Hourly pay rate based on experience and qualifications: $75.00–$85.00/hr • 3-month contract with high possibility of extension • Primarily remote work • Periodic travel required
