📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Cogito reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions • Work with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders to align reporting solutions with organizational priorities and strategic decision-making • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, reporting developers, data architects, application teams, and organizational leadership • Support Epic Cogito ecosystem tools including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL Reporting, and related data and analytics tools • Support Epic reporting, analytics, and enterprise data warehouse initiatives • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience supporting technical projects within healthcare or enterprise IT • Hands-on Epic Cogito experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and Cogito SQL Reporting • Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis experience • Experience with Microsoft SSIS packages and Cogito extracts • Experience supporting Epic reporting, analytics, and/or enterprise data warehouse initiatives • Understanding of healthcare data models, clinical workflows, and reporting requirements • Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives • Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required
