📋 Description

• Own the relationship and results for a small number of the largest customer accounts from executive sponsor through daily operations leads • Run implementations as projects covering discovery, scope, plans, milestones, and go-live • Coordinate implementation managers, support engineers, product, and sales, including stakeholders who do not report to you • Plan and lead onsite working sessions • Design how AI fits into each customer's operation, including voice-agent calls and Autopilot workflows • Configure and test Voice Agents • Review calls and agent sessions, identify breakdowns, tune playbooks, and measure results • Represent customer needs internally as Autopilot expands and provide prioritized input to product and engineering • Prove ROI with dashboards and analyses • Identify risks early, coordinate with sales before handoff, and drive account expansion after the account is healthy • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, enterprise implementation, solutions or technical account management, or a similar client-facing role owning complex projects end to end • Experience running programs with many stakeholders and moving parts • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows • Ability to read an integration specification and identify missing elements • Serious use of AI in personal work; experience building, tuning, or evaluating an LLM-based agent or workflow is ideally desired • Credibility with CEOs or COOs and usefulness with dispatchers • Clear writing skills • Moving, logistics, or field-services experience is a plus, not required • SQL or light scripting is a plus; production code is not required
