📋 Description
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization • Design and manage a multi-level management structure • Own and scale our hiring engine • Build a culture of continuous growth and accountability • Implement and refine CI/CD practices • Foster a culture of execution excellence and continuous improvement • Drive technical and architectural alignment across teams
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering • 5+ years in a senior leadership role • Proven experience leading multi-layered engineering organizations • Success in managing distributed engineering teams • Deep experience with global engineering hubs in India and LATAM • Extensive experience in enterprise software development • Strong foundation in modern SaaS architecture (AWS, TypeScript, React) • Ability to align engineering priorities with business goals • Exceptional communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
