📋 Description
• Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries • Assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program • Answer questions about scholarship applications and funding status • Ensure callers' questions are answered and callers are satisfied • Support student registration • Work directly with families and schools
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking abilities • Fluency in English • Drive to solve problems and meet goals • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Experience in customer service • Excellent wired internet connectivity • Reliable, hard-wired internet service • Quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work • Ability to work from home
