📋 Description

• Work with existing clients to provide expert support • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services • Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries • Resolve client requests and maintain relationships supporting retention • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Collaborate with team members and leadership throughout the full policy cycle • Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs • Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Typing speed of 30+ WPM • High school diploma or GED required • Proficient PC and multitasking skills • Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections • Fluent in spoken and written English • Reliable internet with at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) • Modem updated in the past 12 months • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Resident of the United States • Authorized to work in the United States
