📋 Description
• Provide virtual Gastroenterology care • Work in a resource-rich environment • Collaborate with a talented team of on-site Gastroenterologists • Deliver patient care using technology and operational support from Palo Alto Medical Foundation
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • At least 1 year or more of Gastroenterology or related experience • Must reside in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Florida • Current California State NP or PA License • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only) • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only) • Active DEA registration
