📋 Description
• Install and commission SWAN analytical instruments at customer locations • Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities on instruments • Provide exceptional technical support to customers • Perform instrument repairs and replacements as necessary • Train customers on proper use and maintenance of instrumentation • Maintain accurate service records and documentation • Stay updated with SWAN's product advancements and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in field service or technician roles • Strong technical knowledge of analytical instrumentation • Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Relevant technical certifications or training preferred • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary travel documentation.
