📋 Description

• Lead Sword’s strategic alliances across top-tier benefits consulting and brokerage firms • Own executive-level relationships and shape territory-wide consultant strategy • Build executive consultant relationships and generate consultant-referred opportunities • Expand senior relationships across priority national and regional consulting firm offices • Cultivate relationships with practice leaders, subject matter experts, and regional influencers • Deliver executive briefings, clinical impact updates, and consultant-ready messaging • Align co-selling strategies with Sales and Customer Success leadership across enterprise pursuits • Lead consulting firm vendor program participation and executive alignment sessions • Design and execute strategic regional touchpoints and executive roundtables • Maintain Salesforce activity, influence, pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy, and attribution • Translate market influence into pipeline acceleration and net-new business outcomes • Establish Sword as the preferred AI Care solution for major employers

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working at or interfacing extensively with WTW, Aon, Mercer, or Lockton • Deep understanding of consulting firms’ internal consulting structures and evaluation processes • 8+ years of progressive experience in consultant relations, benefits consulting, or commercial alliance management within employer health benefits • Track record of building relationships that convert into revenue, pipeline growth, and preferred vendor status • Business development and multi-threading expertise across complex enterprise organizations • Executive-level communication and presentation skills • Ability to articulate complex clinical and AI value propositions to senior decision-makers • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment • Territory ownership and disciplined CRM hygiene using Salesforce • Demonstrated AI proficiency at least at Level 1 (Explorer), using AI daily to boost personal productivity • Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided
