⢠Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with accountability for net revenue retention and expansion. ⢠Build and deepen multithreaded relationships across operational and executive stakeholders. ⢠Use consultative selling to identify new opportunities, promote features, and align solutions with client goals. ⢠Develop Account Development Plans tracking usage, satisfaction, and growth strategies. ⢠Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and customer success. ⢠Lead executive business reviews and strategic sessions to showcase outcomes and value. ⢠Oversee renewals, contract terms, and billing alignment to drive customer lifetime value.
⢠5+ years in B2B SaaS account management, enterprise sales, or customer success. ⢠Proven track record of driving upsells and renewals in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. ⢠Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. ⢠Strategic thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills. ⢠Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. ⢠Familiarity with PropTech, multifamily housing, or real estate SaaS (preferred). ⢠Experience with large third-party operators or ownership groups (preferred). ⢠Knowledge of CRM/project tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, or Asana (preferred).
