📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and leave programs • Develop and maintain partnerships with insurance brokers, plan administrators, and third-party vendors • Lead annual benefits renewals and open enrollment • Administer employee wellness initiatives and develop employee wellbeing and engagement programs • Manage benefit enrollments, COBRA, terminations, beneficiary updates, disability claims, retirement transactions, loans, hardship withdrawals, and related administration • Maintain and improve benefits policies, procedures, documentation, and administrative processes • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including audits and reporting requirements • Coordinate transfer and validation of benefits data through Workday and external vendors • Own benefits communication, education, and training initiatives • Lead the benefits portion of new hire orientation and answer employee questions • Perform plan audits and organize data for actuarial assessments and vendor reviews • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned • Report to the VP of HR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration and program management • Experience administering health and welfare programs, retirement plans, leave programs, and employee wellness initiatives • Experience working within an HRIS platform, preferably Workday • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, regulations, and industry best practices • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Demonstrated credibility as a benefits subject matter expert and trusted advisor • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with employees, leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders • Responsible for leading employee training and communications for Exol employee benefits • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Remote opportunity, East coast preferred • Up to 20% travel may be required • Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations • Employee must own a credit card and manage expenses personally for reimbursement
