📋 Description

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, standard work, and process documentation • Partner with cross-functional teams to document and improve operational processes • Support time studies, labor analysis, productivity tracking, and process observations • Assist with process mapping, facility layouts, workflow design, and operational analysis • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem solving • Maintain process documentation and ensure updates reflect approved operational changes • Travel to operating sites to support implementations, collect data, and validate process standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Valid driver's license • Ability to drive and/or fly to operating sites and customer locations • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and work comfortably in warehouse environments including varying temperatures and noise levels • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is preferred • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Power BI, and/or WMS systems is a plus
