📋 Description

• Sell life insurance protection, final expense coverage, and retirement and wealth strategies • Help families protect their futures and secure financial coverage • Work warm, pre-qualified leads from families who requested information • Use provided phone scripts, CRM, and dialer system • Complete company training and receive daily mentorship and team support • Build and lead an agency team • Generate override income and long-term residual income through team leadership • Conduct the role remotely using a phone or laptop • Serve clients while maintaining compliance, transparency, and long-term relationships

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. residency required; U.S. residents only • Life insurance license required after application; no license needed to apply • Must be willing to follow training, systems, scripts, and direction • Must be coachable, disciplined, responsive to coaching and guidance • Must consistently work provided leads • Must serve clients with integrity • No prior insurance experience required • 1099 independent contractor position • Ability to work part-time or full-time • Backgrounds in athletics/coaching, ministry, military, senior leadership, teaching, first response, or parenting are welcomed/preferred
