📋 Description
• Sell life insurance protection, final expense coverage, and retirement and wealth strategies • Help families protect their futures and secure insurance and wealth products • Work provided warm, pre-qualified leads without cold calling or door knocking • Follow phone scripts, CRM and dialer processes, and the provided sales system • Participate in daily mentorship, team support, and on-demand training • Build and lead an agency team over time • Serve clients with integrity and maintain long-term client relationships • Complete the licensing process after applying, including pre-licensing coursework
🎯 Requirements
• U.S. residency required for licensing • U.S. residents only • Life insurance license required; no license needed to apply • Willingness to complete pre-licensing coursework • Coachable, disciplined, and willing to follow a proven system • Ability to follow training, consistently work provided leads, and serve clients with integrity • No prior insurance experience required • 1099 independent contractor status • Part-time or full-time availability
