📋 Description

• Manage promotional-item inventory, requests, ordering, distribution, and delivery tracking • Create and maintain centralized trackers for inventory, requests, costs, orders, campaign activity, and delivery status • Maintain budget, purchase order, invoice, and campaign-expense records • Support monthly budget-status reporting • Coordinate with Commercial partners, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and delivery contacts • Track orders and deliveries from request through completion • Identify and escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues • Support CES campaigns from planning through execution, including timelines, materials, communications, logistics, follow-up, and basic performance tracking • Provide administrative support through meeting coordination, documentation, status updates, and organization of shared materials • Document recurring CES workflows and recommend process improvements • Follow brand standards, compliance expectations, purchasing procedures, and vendor-management processes • May include some national travel for events

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across teams • Interest in customer experience, marketing campaigns, project coordination, and operational excellence • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Hands-on experience with design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and InDesign • Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging digital content • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
