📋 Description

• Manage promotional-item inventory, requests, ordering, distribution, and delivery tracking • Create and maintain trackers for inventory, requests, costs, orders, campaign activity, and delivery status • Maintain budget, purchase order, invoice, and campaign-expense records • Support monthly budget-status reporting • Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and delivery contacts • Track orders and deliveries from request through completion and escalate issues • Support CES campaigns from planning through execution, including timelines, materials, communications, logistics, follow-up, and performance tracking • Provide meeting coordination, documentation, status updates, and shared-material organization • Document CES workflows and recommend process improvements • Follow brand standards, compliance expectations, purchasing procedures, and vendor-management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Interest in customer experience, marketing campaigns, project coordination, and operational excellence • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and InDesign • Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content best practices • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
