📋 Description

• Deliver unique data migration technology and business solutions to clients across industries, including: Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities. • Utilize Syniti's Data Migration methodology. • Utilize Syniti's tools, working to prescribed development standards. • Develop and evaluate all technical solutions per functional specifications and business processes. • Implement and develop customer deliverables based on underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area. • Develop data migration rules and reports in the Syniti's tools as per supplied specification. • Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site Syniti and client colleagues. • Provide strategic and tactical advice to team members in data/information conversation from legacy systems to target systems. • Support provision of streamlined migration solutions to aid further enhancement of the technical solution and aid training to team members. • Identify possible Sales opportunities for both software and services; identify when/where project scope lends itself to a sales opportunity. • Serve as decision-maker for the technical solution(s) proposed for future opportunities (e.g., growth, projects, sales, relationship-building). • Create and maintain data load programs. • Maintain related documentation. • Execute of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or closely related field • Five (5) years of experience in functional ERP or in any occupation in which the experience was gained • Demonstrated experience with: Data Migration; Data Quality; Data Analysis; Project experience across multiple ERP implementations; Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle.
