📋 Description

• Perform on-site installation, start-up, commissioning, and service of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment • Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical systems • Troubleshoot motors, pumps, valves, sensors, heaters, PLC I/O, HMIs, and related control components • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions • Support customer operations by providing equipment operation guidance and basic training • Maintain, repair, test, analyze, and commission Syntegon Telstar equipment and associated products • Provide excellent technical customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education or 5+ years of hands-on field service / maintenance experience • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities • Safe working practices • Experience with industrial equipment in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, food) • Basic PLC diagnostics • Understanding of GMP documentation • Independent working style • Strong communication skills • Customer-focused mindset • Valid driver’s licence and passport • Willingness to travel up to 75%, including international destinations • Ability to work in tight quarters and on top of and underneath equipment • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel and bend continuously while working on equipment • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis • Willingness to submit to safety, background and drug/alcohol testing as required by customers • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as necessary
