• Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory health, customer service levels, and capacity planning. • Work closely with field leadership to support local demand planning and act as the primary contact for inventory health. • Provide strategic oversight, actionable insights, and key observations to ensure seamless inventory flow. • Focus on aligning and executing necessary actions to optimize performance and enhance overall efficiency. • Improve and evolve overall supply chain efficiency through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analytics. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and/or data analytic tools. • Experience working with inventory planning systems and forecasting methodologies.
