📋 Description

• Film and photograph content while traveling to diverse locations and adapting to various field conditions • Shoot, develop, and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media • Use advanced knowledge of audio recording, lighting, and camera equipment to ensure production quality • Conduct on-location interviews with industry experts, influencers, and customers • Outline shooting schedules, brainstorm concepts, and develop storyboards with the marketing team • Edit raw footage and images to produce foundational post-production timelines • Troubleshoot and maintain photography and video equipment before field shoots

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working in a content production role, ideally within the adventure, hunting, or outdoor industries • Strong understanding of mirrorless and DSLR camera systems • Proficiency in Adobe photo and video editing software • Proven ability to elicit meaningful insights and responses through engaging interviews • Robust portfolio demonstrating previous photography and videography work, particularly related to hunting or outdoor content • Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and schedules, including extensive travel to remote locations • Ability to produce compelling work in other product categories • Deep understanding of hunting culture, equipment, and practices • Ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas • Strong attention to detail regarding technical execution and visual aesthetics • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and diverse teams • Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively • Strong work ethic
