🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing role, ideally at a B2B technology company. • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform and CRM such as HubSpot and Salesforce, including building emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows. • Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset. • Comfort working with audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email deliverability fundamentals, especially at large send volumes. • Solid organizational and project-management skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams. • Basic reporting and analytics literacy. • Self-starter who can own recurring operational work independently and reliably from start to finish.
