• About Take2 AI: Take2 AI is transforming how organizations recruit and train talent with AI-driven solutions that automate key hiring processes. • Our platform empowers recruiters by improving efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and ensuring fair and accurate evaluations. • We build voice-based conversational agents to conduct interviews with candidates, providing a seamless and consistent experience. • Founded by Stanford Alums and backed by industry leaders from Visa, HP, Disney, and Google, as well as top VCs like SemperVirens and Reach Capital, we are shaping the future of work. • Take2 AI is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, build, and modernization of our enterprise applications. You’ll work end-to-end across the stack, but with a particular focus on building rich, scalable UIs and driving adoption of a new design system. • This role is for a true builder—someone who thrives taking complex workflows from whiteboard to launch, collaborates deeply with design, and brings the full discipline of modern full stack engineering to a fast-paced team. • What You’ll Do • Architect and build new enterprise workflows, modern UIs, and core features across the full stack. • Collaborate closely with design and product to create, implement, and evolve a comprehensive design system. • Lead major UI modernization efforts and ensure consistency, scalability, and usability throughout our platform. • Deliver features end-to-end, from database to frontend, with full ownership. • Shape our engineering culture as a key early technical team member.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years professional software engineering experience (full stack or frontend-focused) • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • Has held titles such as Senior SWE, Staff/Principal Engineer, Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Frontend Engineer • 2+ years at a Series D+ company • 2+ years at a fast-paced and high-growth early-stage startup (Series A or lower) • Deep experience building and shipping production applications in React; has architected complex UIs and managed state at scale • Has led frontend architecture, mentored others on UI/UX best practices, and driven adoption of new tools or frameworks • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale workflows and driving comprehensive UI revamps in collaboration with design • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and React; comfortable with modern frontend patterns and debugging • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain backend services in Node.js; can design, build, and consume APIs • Skilled with Javascript, Typescript, React, Node.js, MySQL/Postgres
