📋 Description

• Partner with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move candidates through the interview process • Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions • Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics accurately and promptly • Manage calendars across various time zones • Attend stakeholder and feedback meetings with recruiting partners • Manage room booking for interviewers and on-site interviews • Develop and improve recruiting processes with cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments • Experience in a fast-paced technology organization • Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience • High level of data integrity • High-level organizational and attention to detail • Strong prioritization and time management skills • Proactive and meticulous calendar management • Adaptability to changing talent acquisition environments • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
