📋 Description

• Find and attract software engineering talent for clients • Use deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client's culture • Partner with senior stakeholders to help them understand the value of effective talent practices • Provide an excellent candidate experience • Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring-event support

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong sourcing skills • Expertise with Boolean search • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented
