📋 Description
• Own and execute omni-channel growth marketing, including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO • Build, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns end to end • Track and report on growth analytics to sharpen what is working • Engage leads directly and help convert demand into closed business • Partner closely with the founders to set and hit growth targets
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years in a go-to-market or marketing role, ideally with omni-channel experience • Hands-on growth marketing skills across email, paid ads, and SEO • Charisma and comfort engaging prospects directly, including by phone • High hustle and strong follow-up discipline • Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier)
