📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Microsoft D365 CE consulting practice, including P&L responsibility • Oversee business development, solution design, and project delivery • Manage D365 CE implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys • Advise clients on CRM strategy, digital transformation, and platform adoption • Build, mentor, and manage a team of consultants and technical specialists • Establish delivery standards and ensure high-quality project execution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar enterprise CRM solutions • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field • Strong expertise in D365 CE, particularly Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service • Experience building, scaling, or leading a CRM/D365 CE consulting practice • Hands-on experience with CRM implementations, solution design, and delivery • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Strong consulting, business development, client management, and leadership skills • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
