📋 Description

• Own a product area end-to-end, including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specifications, and delivery • Manage enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations • Make trade-off decisions between legacy debt reduction and delivering new value while preserving data models and business rules • Conduct continuous discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and competitive research • Translate research findings into evidence-based roadmap decisions • Write clear, well-scoped product specifications in an AI-assisted development process • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success • Determine and communicate product scope, sequencing, and trade-offs • Connect product work to retention, expansion, and annual recurring revenue • Engage VP- and Director-level enterprise stakeholders to validate priorities and maintain customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment • Workspace analytics experience strongly preferred • Ability to read data models, evaluate technical trade-offs, and write precise product specifications • Track record of conducting continuous customer discovery and translating findings into roadmap decisions • Experience with complex enterprise workflows and multi-persona systems • Experience in real estate, facilities, lease administration, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains preferred • Experience using AI tools as a core part of product work • Strong prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills in platform modernization contexts • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be required
