📋 Description

• Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site • Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings • Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation • Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives • Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue • Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project • Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality • Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or project manager • Follow company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions • Collaborate with team members to support project goals • Participate in cross-functional duties and support colleagues when needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate • Clean criminal background required • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently • Ability to perform physical labor, precision cutting, and turf installation tasks • Ability to travel regularly overnight to job sites
