• Manage and ensure closure of employment investigations including those related to allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct and violations of company policy • Maintain precise, legally defensible records of interviews, evidence, and findings • Prepare comprehensive written reports for leadership • Apply working knowledge of key U.S. employment law frameworks relevant to investigations and outcomes • Partner with legal counsel on high-risk matters, legal claims, and litigation holds
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 2–4 years of professional HR experience, with a heavy focus on Employee Relations or Investigations • Demonstrable knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain neutral and empathetic during high-stress interviews • Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management software
