• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. • Manage the unemployment claim process. • Support worker’s compensation, leaves of absence and benefits administration. • Work with leaders and staff to foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts. • Conduct thorough, unbiased employee investigations and recommend course of action. • Maintain HR file compliance by conducting background rechecks, interpreting results and assisting with audit preparation. • Recredential staff as applicable. • Responsible for full cycle recruitment, pre-employment and onboarding. • Research and develop job descriptions for new or changing roles within the organization. • Perform other HR related duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required. • A minimum of four years’ experience in the human resources field. • Must have at least one year of experience in employee relations, conducting full investigations. • Must have at least two years’ of experience with full cycle recruitment, onboarding and background checks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software. • Experience working with automated human resource management systems. • Reside in Orlando, FL • Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in. • All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
