• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. • Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards. • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution. • Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making. • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements. • Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. • Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
