• Bachelor's degree • Advanced English proficiency • More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources • Experience in manufacturing • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Outlook, SuccessFactors, HR tools • General knowledge of employment law and policies • Strong performance management skills • Emotional intelligence • Strategic influence • Building organizational talent • End-user focus • Driving execution • Data analysis • Financial acumen
