📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical architect for strategic global enterprise accounts • Design and implement complex, multi-pillar AI engagements and data pipelines across the model lifecycle • Lead technical solutioning and scoping for model evaluation, red teaming, data strategy and collection, precision annotation and labeling, and AI safety frameworks • Lead end-to-end technical discovery for bespoke AI safety and development engagements • Collaborate with Sales and Service Line Leadership during complex Global 2000 sales cycles • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into Statements of Work (SOWs) • Consult on advanced LLM workflows, model training, fine-tuning methodologies, and evaluation metrics • Architect model configurations balancing performance, safety, and cost; estimate inference spend • Architect adversarial testing and guardrail strategies addressing bias, toxicity, and prompt injection • Develop pricing structures with Finance and Operations for large-scale data and safety projects • Serve as primary technical interface for C-suite and technical stakeholders • Deliver high-impact presentations and manage Proof of Concept (POC) success criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level experience (4 - 7 years) in Data Science or Machine Learning, with a specific focus on the training and evaluation of Large Language Models • Proven experience supporting large-scale technical sales to global organizations • Deep understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and procurement standards • Strong professional interest or background in AI Alignment and Safety • Ability to create multi-pillar service offerings addressing unique client data and safety needs • Ability to bridge highly technical engineering teams and non-technical business executives • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and internal stakeholder interests simultaneously
