📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth through strategic market planning and business development • Build and execute Account Plans to deepen relationships and expand offerings • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and deploy winning client strategies • Close deals and consistently exceed sales targets • Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in commercial print, direct mail, signs and graphics, or labels and packaging • An existing portfolio of relationships with the ability to convert $1M+ in revenue within the first year • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for double-digit growth • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise and mid-market brand owners • Skilled in consultative selling; proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value accounts • Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of sales strategy • Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
