📋 Description

• Perform ongoing functional testing of enhancements, defects, and other changes for web-based applications and document production software • Own testing for potentially multiple customer projects • Create detailed test plans and test cases • Report, track, and analyze defects • Communicate progress to the manager in a timely manner • Provide second-tier customer support as needed for customer questions and issues • Perform other day-to-day testing activities • Bring ideas to improve the testing process and overall product quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance • Proven capability in software QA fundamentals, including test planning, test case creation, and documentation • Strong communication skills to understand and relate concepts, findings, and updates to varied personnel • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize assignments based on business and team priorities • Familiarity with the Waterfall concept • U.S. citizenship required for the federal background check • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field (preferred) • Experience with confidential and regulated data such as PHI, PII, and PCI (preferred) • Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar project management software (preferred) • Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar products (preferred) • Experience with QA of document production software and mailing/shipping processes (preferred) • Experience using automated testing tools (preferred) • Understanding of data manipulation and ETL experience (preferred)
