📋 Description

• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts for sales, partnership, and customer success teams • Collaborate with Salesforce admins across departments on the shared platform roadmap, release cadence, and technical debt backlog • Test seasonal releases, managed package upgrades, and sandbox refreshes • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, and billing platforms • Own internal applications and agents built with Claude Code from deployment through retirement • Manage the skills, prompts, and connectors supporting internal applications and agents • Set and audit AI access rules, and monitor usage, cost, and output quality • Build reports and dashboards providing sales, partnership, customer success, and finance with a shared pipeline view • Train users and publish self-service documentation • Keep system runbooks current • Report to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, Partnership, and Revenue Operations • Travel up to 10% for team on-sites and select company events

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years administering Salesforce in a business-critical production environment • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience • Working command of flows, permission architecture, data models, and sandbox release management • Hands-on experience building or managing applications with an agentic AI development tool • Direct experience with Claude Code strongly preferred • Track record of turning broad business requests into scoped, documented technical work • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with sales, finance, and customer success • Clear written communication with technical and nontechnical audiences • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to work remotely from a US-based location, with reliable connectivity and a professional workspace • Advanced Salesforce certification such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder is a bonus • Experience at a SaaS or workforce management company • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol connectors and agent permission design • Experience integrating Salesforce with an ERP or billing platform • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
