📋 Description

• Provide support to various corporate and business line applications • Apply business-line and system-technology knowledge to solve business problems • Perform work under minimal supervision and provide coaching to others • Participate as a subject matter expert on strategic system-support initiatives • Analyze company data and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results • Customize and enhance business applications to meet functional business needs • Assist with test plans for system changes, conversions, and projects • Serve as technical support liaison between system users, IT, and vendors • Answer questions, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues • Monitor incoming and clearing system files and investigate issues • Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and research and resolve issues • Travel periodically as required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the experience below • 1+ years related experience required • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to relate technical solutions to operational issues • Organization, planning, and coordination skills • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, and operate standard office equipment • Ability to travel domestically occasionally; international travel is never required
