📋 Description

• Plan, manage, lead, and oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Align requirements delivery with business and enterprise needs and strategies • Provide leadership and collaborate with business, technology, and finance stakeholders • Support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems across one or multiple Lines of Business • Lead requirements management and work packages for Tier 2, high-risk, strategic, and regulatory projects or programs • Potentially lead requirements management for Tier 1 projects or programs • Apply business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle • Develop advanced understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery • Work autonomously as lead business analyst • Coach and guide team members within area of expertise • Identify and lead resolution of complex requirements-related issues • Contribute to communication and change management activities across multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required • Business Analysis Accreditation • 7+ years of related business analysis experience required • Preferred: Credit Card experience • Preferred: JIRA • Preferred: Confluence • Preferred: Business analyst experience • Ability to perform sedentary work continuously • Ability to perform multiple tasks continuously • Ability to operate standard office equipment continuously • Ability to concentrate for long periods continuously • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions continuously • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide continuously • Occasional domestic travel required • No international travel required
